Work Being Intentio

One Intentio platform. Four professional relationships.

A familiar workspace shaped around your role, your responsibilities and the purpose of the relationship.

Start with the relationship

The relationship defines the purpose, responsibilities and information boundaries.

A manager holds responsibility for direction, development and working conditions. A consultant works within an agreed mandate. A coach supports the professional person’s development. A therapist addresses psychological difficulties in the context of the person’s life.

Intentio is being developed as one platform with a shared identity and familiar interactions, with different priorities and workflows for each relationship. The specific agreement establishes the purpose, responsibilities and information boundaries.

Some Intentio experiences are private or in development. A public product page does not mean every Intentio feature is open for access.

Intentio is being developed as a psychologically informed professional working environment connecting preparation, relationships, interactions, reflection, decisions, actions and learning. Evolutio is the counterpart’s personal development experience, preserving individual agency, confidentiality and explicit sharing boundaries. Intentio Coaching and Therapy are not open for real-client admission; release holds remain active.

Four professional relationships

These are distinct professional contexts, not stages in a journey. The descriptions explain the product direction; the status labels describe public availability.

Shared design principle

Clear roles and boundaries

Shared design keeps Intentio familiar. Each relationship retains its own purpose and information boundaries.

A shared platform does not mean information should move freely between management, consulting, coaching and therapy. The same person appearing in several relationships does not make those records one combined profile.

The design direction distinguishes professional working material from a reviewed copy for a named recipient. Specific access and sharing capabilities depend on the individual Intentio experience and its current development status.
