Work Being Evaluation

Public explanation · respondent flow requires an invitation

Client experience can become evidence without making private feedback public.

Evaluation is Work Being's structured evidence layer. A professional sends a personal invitation; the respondent confirms context and timing, completes the relevant questionnaire and explicitly chooses what may be published.

How it works

Invitation → timing → evaluation → preview → consent.

The respondent does not choose the professional, role or Work Being track. Those details are bound to the invitation and validated server-side.

  1. 01

    Personal invitation

Evaluation starts from an invitation bound to the correct professional and context.

  2. 02

    Confirm timing

The respondent confirms or corrects when the work took place before questions open.

  3. 03

    Relevant questionnaire

Consulting, Advisory and Coaching share the professional-services family; Therapy has its own privacy-sensitive questionnaire.

  4. 04

    Preview & consent

Publishable content requires explicit consent. Private feedback remains private.

Trust boundary

Payment must never buy credibility.

Evaluation validity, ratings, publication and evidence meaning are separated from subscription, ranking and commercial status.

1–5 rating is required

Comment is optional. That keeps the structured core comparable without requiring free text.

Publication is a separate choice

The respondent sees the relevant preview and provides publication consent under the Evaluation rules.

Private feedback is not public evidence

Private feedback must not leak into MyProfile, FindMy or public aggregates.

This public page cannot start an Evaluation or ask you to choose a professional. That protects the binding between invitation, professional, role and evidence. If you are a professional managing invitations, use MyProfile.
