When you write or call, we process the information you provide to answer your enquiry, clarify your organisation's needs and, where relevant, take steps towards an agreement.

Information is processed in response to your request before a possible agreement and under our legitimate interest in handling enquiries. It is erased or anonymised when no longer necessary unless law or an established customer relationship requires longer retention.
