When to contact us

Typical buying situations

Work Being Consulting is relevant when the human and organisational sides of a challenge cannot be solved separately.

  • 01A leader is navigating complexity, pressure or a difficult relationship
  • 02A team has lost direction, trust or agency
  • 03Roles, responsibilities or collaboration create unnecessary friction
  • 04Talent needs to translate into visible impact
  • 05Change requires more than a new model or process
  • 06Wellbeing and performance need to be developed as one leadership task

People create results together

Organisations create results through people's choices, relationships, behaviour and ability to work together for something greater than the individual. Leadership and organisational development therefore cannot be reduced to models or good intentions.

We address the psychological conditions that shape performance and wellbeing, connecting individual and group dynamics with organisational direction, purpose and day-to-day reality.

FAQ

First conversation

Four short answers before you get in touch.

How does an engagement begin?

We begin with a short, exploratory conversation about the situation, the intended impact and who needs to be involved. If there is a relevant fit, we agree the format and next step.

Do you work with individuals or whole organisations?

Both. The work may centre on a leader or specialist, a team, or organisational conditions. The format follows the actual task.

How do we know whether the work is making a difference?

We make the intended movement explicit from the outset and follow concrete signs of progress in behaviour, collaboration or the organisational task.

What should we include in the first enquiry?

Your name, organisation and a brief description of what needs to work better are enough. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the first email.
